American audio equipment company Harman has signed a deal with The Duchossois Group to acquire control and automation systems company AMX for $365 million.

The acquisition will see Harman expand into new territory thanks to AMX's firm reputation as a world leader in control system development.

The South West team has completed more projects as part of the branch’s continuing work at Cardiff University.

Sales Manager Steve Grimes' recent project saw the team provide an excellent series of solutions to the University's John Percival building.

On Wednesday 7th May, GV Multi-media's Exeter team hosted another successful dinner party at the Bristol Marriott Royal. The event was attended by a number of the team's close customers as a 'thank you' for all the business that helped the branch's success over the past year. The event was also attended by a number of the GV Multi-media team including many of Exeter's sales staff as well as company Chairman Brian Abrahams and Managing Director Lilian Cutting.

Dan Saville and the Manchester team has recently completed a project at University of Chester's state of the art food research facility - NoWFood (North West Food Research Development Centre). NoWFood called on GV to provide a comprehensive AV system for the facility including a digital signage screen in the foyer while the conference room and the rest of the facility feature integrated lecterns, a projection system, video conferencing system and control.
